This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") describes how Tyga.Agency, the professional services arm operated and run by Tyga.Cloud Ltd ("Tyga.Agency", "we", or "us") collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Data in the course of our business.

Unless stated otherwise, this Privacy Policy only applies to Personal Data for which Tyga.Agency acts as a controller, such as when you visit our Website or create a client account for our Services.

When our clients use our Services to develop custom applications or SaaS solutions that collect and process Personal Data, Tyga.Agency acts as a processor (or service provider) on behalf of our clients under the Tyga.Agency Data Processing Addendum and Client Terms and Conditions.

If you have questions about how your data is processed by our customers or wish to exercise your rights with respect to that data, you should contact the customer which collected your information.

  • Client Account Information: When setting up a client account, you provide us with Personal Data including name, email address, username, and password.
  • Billing Information: Our third-party payment processors collect and store your billing address and credit card information. We store the last four digits of your credit card number, card type, and expiration date.
  • Marketing Information: People interested in our services may provide information such as name, email address, phone number, company, and role through forms or newsletter signups.

Automated Decision-Making

We may use automated decision-making for fraud detection and prevention, service optimization, marketing targeting, and client portal access management. You have the right to request human intervention and contest such decisions.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents are entitled to additional disclosures. In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of Personal Data:
